Randi Russell is an Indigenous, neurodivergent female founder and member of the 2026 Fireweed Venture Accelerator Cohort, building DIVERGE not only as a transformative platform but as a model for what Indigenous-centered digital innovation can look like. She brings over 12 years of experience building operational infrastructure, communications strategy, and transformational networks, alongside a decade in IT project management leading multi-stakeholder projects at scale and turning complex vision into clear, executable strategy. She knows how to build from zero, how to create systems that hold, and how to bring the right people into the room.
DIVERGE is the convergence of all of it: the operational depth, the strategic instinct, and the relationships built over more than a decade.
